Patrick D. Crandell joins KSLN as an Associate in our Insurance Coverage practice. Crandell most recently worked as a commercial litigator at Phillips Lytle and now litigates complex coverage matters on behalf of several carrier clients. Alison L. Odojewski has joined our Workers’ Compensation practice as an Associate after 11 years working with carriers as a claimant’s attorney. Odojewski brings to the practice her considerable experience in hearing settlements, Board appeals and Third Department appeals as well as keen insight into claimant strategy and carrier defense. She currently serves as President of the Board of Advisors for Westminster Presbyterian Early Childhood Program.
