KSLN represents a wide variety of regional, national and international insurers in matters involving insurance coverage law. The firm's insurance coverage lawyers provide a full complement of counseling and litigation services to our clients, and evaluate and litigate complex coverage issues across the state and nationally. Although our focus is in New York, we have served as national coverage counsel to several European clients, and frequently litigate coverage issues in other states.

We work closely with our clients' in-house counsel and claims and underwriting representatives in the resolution of complex insurance coverage disputes, and regard our representation as a team effort in which both counsel and client play a vital role.
