ATTORNEY PROFILE
Daniel is an attorney experienced in all litigation matters from pre-suit through post-trial appeals in both New York State and Federal Courts. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense, automotive defense, municipal liability, labor law, and personal injury.
A native of Western New York, Daniel received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Daniel went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from the Florida International University College of Law in 2014. While attending law school, Daniel served as Vice President of Moot Court and was a Comment Editor for the Law Review.
