KSLN has been heavily involved in the defense of environmental, toxic tort and mass tort cases for many years, including the development of national defense strategies in its role as National and Regional Coordinating Counsel. In that role, our attorneys have assisted in developing medical defenses, product testing reports, coordinated discovery responses, document disclosures, preparation of experts and litigation management databases.

KSLN has successfully defended many of the traditional defendants involved in asbestos litigation and other environmental and "mass tort" actions involving mold, lead paint and RSI, giving us the knowledge and experience to educate and successfully defend clients who are starting out in the toxic tort area.
