EXPERIENCE

Mr. DePeters has significant experience representing clients in commercial, construction, real estate matters and negligence actions. Prior to the practice of law, Alan gained professional experience in both the commercial construction and mortgage lending industries, giving him a unique understanding in legal cases involving real estate, construction, contractors’ rights, and commercial litigation. His insight has proven invaluable to many of our clients, as well as his commitment and tenacity to their cases both in and out of the courtroom.
