Amanda is an avid fly-fisherwoman and equestrienne, and sits on the Board of Managers for YMCA Camp Weona. She loves to travel with her husband, Ed, and says her favorite place in the world is “the South Islands of New Zealand.”

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Machacek focuses her practice primarily in self-insured and insurance defense litigation, including commercial premises liability, construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents and appellate work. A former horseback-riding instructor, Amanda has also incorporated her experience into defending cases involving injuries caused by horses, dogs and other animals. She also specializes in addressing Medicare issues affecting personal injury settlements. Amanda is passionate about her work, and is known for always going the extra mile for her clients.
