Ms. Burke has the unique background of defending insurance carriers in both insurance cases and workers’ compensation claims. Her background in these distinctly different practice areas allows her the insight and knowledge to defend each case toward the best possible outcome for the carrier. She prides herself on the development of close relationships with her clients. As a relentless advocate, Melissa focuses on the interplay of workers’ compensation and insurance defense and uses her understanding of both to protect her clients.
