EXPERIENCE

Mr. Brister manages the Rochester office of Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak and has been a personal injury defense lawyer for more than 14 years, working on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insureds. Rick’s primary areas of concentration include civil litigation, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect and labor law, mold and toxic tort defense, and insurance coverage and defense. Rick was previously a partner with Daw & Ray, P.C., a defense firm in Houston, Texas, where he was a member of the litigation team for the nation’s largest retailer, defending multimillion dollar death cases relating to tires, tire components, and tire and lube services.
