Richard T. Saraf
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Saraf is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and New York State “Super Lawyer” with 24 years of experience defending personal injury cases on behalf of individuals, insurance carriers, product manufacturers, municipalities, school districts, contractors, railroads and trucking companies. Ric focuses a significant portion of his practice on legal issues involving municipal and law enforcement liability, county jails, police and sheriff’s departments, and school districts. He defends such entities against lawsuits brought by detainees, as well as employees, and third-party plaintiff claims for negligence. Ric has published, lectured and presented seminars for many professional and insurance organizations on topics including risk management, employment and municipal law, New York State Labor Law, and capital improvement projects.
