Wendy, her husband, Tim, and their two sons, Daniel and Samuel, love family trips to the Adirondacks, and are active members of the Buffalo Zoo, where Wendy is also the vice president of the Pro Zoo Board. An avid cook, Wendy’s "last meal" would be “anything on the menu at Rue Franklin.”

EXPERIENCE

Ms. Scott focuses her practice on appellate work and personal injury litigation, defending local and national companies in construction site accident actions based upon the New York State Labor Law while also handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and municipal liability. Over the past sixteen years, Wendy has gained valuable experience in the defense of all types of personal injury litigation through her tenure as both a law clerk and as a former partner in another Buffalo defense firm before joining Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak.
