Dirk is highly sought-after for his expertise in handling coverage litigation actions in New York.  He also routinely represents and counsels insurers in coverage and bad faith matters around the country.

Dirk’s practice also includes representing corporate clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including cases involving contract disputes, construction law, product liability, and employment discrimination and harassment.
