ATTORNEY PROFILE

Jeff enjoys woodworking and DIY projects of all kinds and can often be found catching up on his “honey-do” list during his downtime. He is also an avid golfer. He and his wife Nicole have two children.

Jeff joined Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak in 2011 and maintains a diverse practice assisting clients with various issues, including:

· creditors’ rights (commercial debt collection, asset and real estate foreclosure; lien enforcement and judgment enforcement, and bankruptcy);

· commercial, construction and general business litigation;

· business entities and formation;

· business and corporate transactions and finance;

· estate planning, administration and litigation;

· trust formation, administration, and litigation, including lifetime, testamentary and special needs trusts;

· commercial and residential real estate transactions; and

· landlord/tenant contracts and disputes.

He has achieved successful results for large and small businesses, lenders and individual clients in both transactions and complex litigation throughout his law career, has been published in several leading legal publications, and has presented dozens of times to local, regional, and national audiences on a variety of topics.
