KSLN is thrilled to announce that Melissa A. Foti has been named a Managing Partner. She works in the firm’s Insurance Defense practice group and her clients are her number one priority. Melissa is proud to assume this role as she started with the firm as a young lawyer several years ago, learning from the attorneys with whom she is now managing the firm. In her new role, Melissa will be active in the day to day management of the firm. She is committed to ensuring the success and growth of the firm for many years to come.
Melissa is also very active in the Western New York legal community. She is the immediate past president of the WNY Trial Lawyers Association, is a board member of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association and is a past president of the WNY Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association. She is currently the events director for the WNY Local Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and serves on the board for the Buffalo Claims Association as the treasurer.
