ATTORNEY PROFILE
Sammy joined Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak in 2021. As a member of the Insurance Defense group, she defends businesses, municipalities and individuals in a wide variety of claims and disputes, including construction accident claims (New York Labor Law), motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability. Her background includes counseling business entities and employers on risk management with respect to OSHA regulations and New York Labor Law 240. Sammy also focuses on insurance coverage disputes.
A Rochester native, Sammy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and then attended SUNY Buffalo Law School, where she served as a Note and Comment editor for the Buffalo Law Review.
Sammy lives in North Buffalo with her fiancé and their three cats. She is an avid snowboarder and concertgoer, and loves to cook.
