STEPHANIE M. CAMPBELL

Stephanie joined KSLN in 2024 as a seasoned civil and commercial litigation attorney who counsels and represents corporate, municipal, and individual clients in litigation matters pending in both State and Federal Courts. She has handled a wide variety of cases, including commercial disputes, class action litigation, breach of contract claims, property rights litigation, easement and boundary line disputes, defense of civil and constitutional rights claims, employment actions, Article 78 proceedings, and defense of personal injury actions. Stephanie has significant experience defending corporate clients in complex commercial and federal litigation matters, including class action lawsuits and claims brought pursuant to the Federal False Claims Act.

 

Stephanie's diverse practice extends to all phases of civil litigation, including pre-commencement investigation, pleadings, pretrial discovery, motion practice, and trial. She is also experienced in Appellate practice, having successfully represented clients in appeals before New York State’s highest State and Federal courts.

 

Stephanie has been recognized by her peers as an attorney with the highest level of professional excellence and very high ethical standards since 2019, when she first received Martindale Hubbell’s most prestigious peer review rating of AV Preeminent, an honor she has received each year since.  In 2019, Stephanie also became a Fellow of the Litigation Council of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society limited to 3,500 Fellows who have been vigorously vetted for skills, expertise, and service, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. 

 

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys music, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Matt, and their rescue dog and cat, Crow and Pigeon (both of whom were adopted with their bird names).
