Lisa A. Bauer
EXPERIENCE
Ms. Bauer practices in our coverage group, with emphasis on New York insurance law. Lisa began her coverage career handling complex coverage litigations for large commercial policyholders at Proskauer Rose in New York. She then migrated back to her hometown of Buffalo and joins KSLN after working with Hodgson Russ on the insurer side. Lisa has expertise in disputes involving comprehensive general liability policies, directors and officers liability policies, professional liability policies, marine protection and indemnity policies and credit risk insurance policies. Other areas of expertise included general commercial litigation; real estate; intellectual property, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution; and franchising. An experienced trial and appellate litigator in both state and federal courts, Lisa also counsels clients regarding coverage and underwriting issues outside of or in advance of litigation.
