ATTORNEY PROFILE
Aalok joined KSLN in 2014 as an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense Group, and became a Partner in 2019. Since joining KSLN, Aalok has focused his practice area in the defense of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and construction accident claims, handling all aspects of litigation from inception through jury trial verdict. He remains an integral part of the firm’s trial defense team and was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019. Prior to returning to Western New York in December of 2014, Aalok began his practice in plaintiff’s personal injury and civil rights litigation, working at a boutique law firm in Brooklyn, New York and litigating cases in both state and federal court.
An avid foodie, Aalok enjoys cooking and sampling food and drink at new and interesting places with his wife Neha. Hailing from Western Pennsylvania originally, he remains fiercely loyal to his Pittsburgh sports franchises, but we won’t hold that against him.
