Changing Vaccination Laws: Patrick McNelis Interviewed by Buffalo Law Journal

KSLN's Patrick McNelis weighs in on the possible repercussions of the coming changes to vaccination laws in New York State in an interview with the Buffalo Law Journal.


"Some states in recent years, to mixed reviews from constituents, made it easier for parents to receive exemptions for their children to go unvaccinated. Twelve states allow for philosophical objections, as well as religious.Parents who want to get around vaccinations in New York can currently seek a medical or religious exemption.
But being unvaccinated may prevent a child from attending a public school or another desired institution, said Patrick McNelis, associate at Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP."
