Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP Announces Admission of Patrick M. Higgins to Practice in New York State

Buffalo, New York - Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP is pleased to announce that Patrick M. Higgins has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York.


Patrick’s practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense.

During his time at the University at Buffalo School of Law, Patrick was a member of the university’s Trial Team, competing in cities such as New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.  Patrick’s most memorable competition was as a participant in The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, touted as the most prestigious moot court competition in the world, where he and his team won the 2024 Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Top Memorial, 8th Place, U.S. Eastern Regional.  Patrick argued issues regarding “international rights to consular access, and United Nations Security Council resolutions.”
