ATTORNEY PROFILE
Tom originally joined KSLN as a law clerk in 2010 and practiced with KSLN after he was admitted. He rejoined the firm in 2020 and is a member of the insurance defense and toxic tort practice areas. Tom’s practice focuses on the defense of premises liability, motor vehicle accident, and toxic tort claims. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and has handled all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial and appeal. Prior to rejoining KSLN, Tom practiced primarily in asbestos litigation and traveled throughout the Country representing his clients.
Tom lives in Grand Island with his wife Ashley, his two sons, and his two dogs. He currently serves as a member of the Grand Island Town Board and is an active member of the Grand Island Lions Club. Tom is an avid golfer and Buffalo sports fan.
