ATTORNEY PROFILE
Justin joined Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak in 2015 as an Associate in the Insurance Defense Group. Since joining KSLN, Justin has focused his practice area in the defense of premises liability, construction accident claims, and motor vehicle accidents, handling all aspects of litigation including: pre-litigation issues, lawsuit inception, discovery, motion practice, jury trial verdict, post-trial motions, and appeals. Prior to joining KSLN, Justin worked as an associate for a personal injury firm in Buffalo, New York. Not a native of Western New York, Justin moved to Buffalo to attend SUNY Buffalo Law School after earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame with majors in Political Science and Economics and a minor in the Hesburgh Program in Public Service.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Justin is a long-suffering Bengals fan who now finds himself hiding in Bills Country. He has, however, otherwise fully converted to his new hockey-loving town in becoming a Sabres fan. When not obsessing over sports, Justin spends his time enjoying the great outdoors with his wife, Elizabeth, and daughter, Maddie.
