NELSON E. SCHULE, JR.

Ned has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation and defense, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, and professional malpractice.

 

Ned has successfully taken a number of jury verdicts in Supreme Court cases throughout Western New York, Central New York, the New York metropolitan area and the Southern Tier. Additionally, he has also been successful in gaining jury verdicts in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. His extensive experience has also helped him achieve a number of favorable decisions arguing cases before the New York Appellate Division, Fourth Department and the New York Court of Appeals.

 

Ned is currently President of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and past President of the Western New York Defense Trial Lawyers Association. He makes his home in Amherst with his wife and five children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and ice hockey.
