Chris is a partner and member of KSLN’s Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups. He possesses extensive experience defending national manufacturers in asbestos, petroleum spills, and industrial machine claims. Such representation includes defending insureds in toxic tort and product liability cases throughout New York and the northeast.
In addition, Chris devotes much of his time to representing clients in residential and commercial real estate matters. He serves as counsel to many Homeowners’ Associations across Upstate New York. Chris’ real estate practice also includes leasing, foreclosures, contract and property litigation matters. Chris has previously worked for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., and the New York State Assembly.
When not working, Chris enjoys traveling, skiing, shopping and going to the gym. He is an avid Syracuse University sports fan, and overall enjoys attending most any sporting event. His family owns and operates several funeral homes in the Finger Lakes Region.
