Born and raised in Lakewood, New York, Hannah has deep roots in the Western New York community. She attended the University at Buffalo, where she was a six-year member of the University’s track and field and cross-country programs as a distance runner. While in law school, Hannah continued her involvement with the Buffalo track and field and cross-country programs and served as the Vice President of Social Media and Marketing for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Hannah graduated summa cum laude in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications and a minor in law.
Hannah earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2026. Throughout law school, Hannah developed her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills through a variety of academic and experiential opportunities. She participated in the Sports Law Externship, where she worked directly on legal issues involving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). She was also a member of the Domestic Violence Task Force and the Buffalo Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Her experience in sports law reflects her longstanding interest in athletics and her background as a collegiate student-athlete.
Prior to joining Kenney Shelton Liptak Nowak, Hannah worked as a law clerk at New Era Cap and National Fuel, where she gained valuable experience working in legal and corporate environments. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, where she enjoys the research, writing, and advocacy involved in representing clients through all stages of a legal matter.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys staying active, traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
