Joe was born and raised in Buffalo New York, growing up on Grand Island. After high school, Joe joined the United States Navy where he worked as an active duty sailor for Naval Reserve Center, Fort Dix, NJ, in personnel and administrative capacities. He was also a member of the United States Navy Reserve in Buffalo, NY, where he worked as a supply coordinator and boat mechanic.
Joe joined KSLN as an associate in June 2021 and is active in several of the firm’s practice areas, but focuses his practice mainly on insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining KSLN, Joe handled medical malpractice and nursing home defense matters in New York. Joe also worked in Colorado for three years prior to moving back to New York, focusing primarily on insurance defense matters, taking numerous cases to trial and obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, and his dogs Griff and Beau. Joe also enjoys traveling, playing guitar, golfing, running, and acting as an ice hockey referee throughout Western New York.
