Born and raised on Long Island, Kaley moved to Buffalo in 2019 to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University at Buffalo. During her undergraduate years, Kaley was a member of the University’s swimming diving team. Kaley graduated summa cum laude in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and legal studies, and a minor in law.
Kaley attended law school at the University at Buffalo where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2026. Throughout law school, Kaley developed her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills through a variety of experiential opportunities. Kaley participated in the Sports Law Clinic and Externship, where she worked directly with UB Athletics on issues regarding Name, Image, and Likeness in college sports. She was also a member of the Buffalo Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Kaley first joined KSLN in the summer of 2025 as a law clerk and returned to the firm full-time after graduation. Her practice is mainly focused on the firm’s insurance coverage group, though she has assisted with matters in all the firm’s practice areas. Prior to joining KSLN, Kaley worked as a law clerk for New Era Cap, where she gained valuable experience working in a corporate and legal environment.
Outside of work, Kaley enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and spending time with her two cats.
