Lori is a partner at KSLN practicing with the Insurance Defense and Cyber Risk & Privacy groups. With regard to the Insurance Defense Group, Lori focuses on the defense of insureds in professional negligence/malpractice litigation, and in personal injury actions, including construction accidents, products liability, and premises liability. Lori has successfully defended architects, engineers, manufacturers, builders, surveyors, land owners, contractors, roofers, and health clubs, among others.
Lori also leads our Cyber Risk & Privacy group and has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She handles all aspects of Cyber defense and litigation, including Breach coaching/counseling and related matters such as:
