
Born and raised in New York State, Patrick grew up in Saratoga County and spent summers in the Adirondacks. He pursued his undergraduate degree in business at the University at Buffalo, where he was the president of the school’s undergraduate Mock Trial team. Patrick graduated summa cum laude in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a concentration in marketing, and a minor in political science.
Patrick attended law school at the University at Buffalo School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2025. Patrick continued to develop his advocacy and writing skills throughout law school, joining and competing with multiple school organizations. During his time in law school, Patrick was a member of the school’s Trial Team, competing in cities such as New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles. He was a member of the Buffalo Law Review, where he served as a Publications Editor. Patrick’s most memorable competition was as a participant in The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, touted as the most prestigious moot court competition in the world, where he and his team won the 2024 Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Top Memorial, 8th Place, U.S. Eastern Regional. Patrick argued issues regarding “international rights to consular access, and United Nations Security Council resolutions.”
Patrick first joined KSLN in the summer of 2024 as a law clerk and returned to the firm full-time after graduation. His practice is mainly focused on the firm’s insurance defense group, though he has assisted with matters in all the firm’s practice areas. Prior to joining KSLN, Patrick worked as a law clerk for a local personal injury plaintiff’s firm, giving him a unique perspective into both sides of a personal injury action.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys traveling the world, going to the gym, hiking in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
