Phillip joined KSLN’s insurance coverage group in 2024 after more than a decade of insurance coverage and litigation experience in Federal and State courts. Phillip’s insurance practice has included life, disability, property & casualty, professional liability, and workers' compensation programs. Phillip regularly advises and represents insurance companies and their insureds on construction/Labor Law and General Liability insurance coverage.
Phillip previously practiced white collar defense and real estate litigation at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, and corporate and structured finance transactional law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During law school, Phillip interned for U.S. District Judge Sidney H. Stein (S.D.N.Y.).
