Robert is an associate at KSLN whose practice centers on high-stakes civil litigation, with a particular focus on complex personal injury claims arising under New York Labor Law, including §§ 240(1) and 241(6). He represents clients in sophisticated construction accident matters and plays a hands-on role at every stage of litigation—from early case strategy through trial—bringing precision, responsiveness, and a results-driven approach to each engagement.
During law school in Miami, Robert clerked for a prominent plaintiff-side firm focused on maritime personal injury litigation, where he handled claims involving cruise ship injuries and accidents stemming from recreational activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and other water sports. Following his admission to the bar, Robert further strengthened his litigation foundation by representing defendants in trucking accident and premises liability cases prior to joining KSLN in 2023. This dual exposure enables him to anticipate opposing strategies, evaluate risk effectively, and deliver practical, strategic counsel to his clients.
A Buffalo native, Robert is a proud alumnus of Canisius High School (Class of 2013). He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University at Buffalo and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
