Peter joined KSLN in 2024 as an Associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense Group, where he focuses primarily on construction accident claims, handling all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, including trial and appellate work. Peter spent the first several years of his legal career working at a small personal injury firm in Buffalo representing injured plaintiffs. Prior to joining KSLN, Peter worked at a small general practice firm in Tonawanda, where he learned several practice areas, including estate planning and probate, matrimonial and family law, partition actions, Article 81 guardianship proceedings and criminal defense.
In addition to his legal career, Peter taught a class as an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department at Buffalo State College for 6 years on civic engagement, and he served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 2003-2008, deploying twice to Iraq.
These days, when not at work, Peter spends most of his time with his wife at their home overlooking La Nova Pizzeria on the West Side of Buffalo, cleaning up the poop of his two children, two dogs and cat.
