
Tom is a lifelong resident of western New York, living in Grand Island where he serves as a member of the Town Council and as Deputy Supervisor. He began his career with KSLN as a law clerk in 2010 while attending the University at Buffalo Law School. Before law school, Tom earned degrees in Forensic Chemistry and Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University. After graduating, he joined KSLN as an associate, and following a period at one of Buffalo’s largest law firms, he returned to KSLN in 2020.
An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Tom handles all aspects of civil litigation. His practice emphasizes representing companies and individuals in matters involving labor law claims, construction defects, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and toxic exposures. He frequently navigates complex risk transfer issues, including indemnification provisions, additional insured coverage, and equitable remedies. Known for his collaborative approach, Tom works closely with clients to keep them informed and actively engaged in litigation, helping them achieve their goals while minimizing risk.
Tom lives in Grand Island with his wife and two sons. Beyond his legal work, he is dedicated to his community through his service on the Town Council and involvement in various local organizations. An avid golfer, Tom serves on the Board of Directors of Niagara Frontier Golf Club and is a season ticket holder for both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.
